Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Bookings: Notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund or free cancellation. 
  • Premium, special events and Group Services: Provide 48 hours’ notice to receive full account credit toward your next reservation. Less than 48 hours’ notice will incur full charges. 
  • Late Cancellations (6–24 Hours): We offer a 50 % credit/discount if you notify us within 6 to 24 hours before service for standard transfers. 
  • No‑Show Fee: If no notice is given, the full fare applies.
