There are a number of ways to pay when you use one of our chauffeur car services. We offer multiple payment options including online card payments when booking, in car payments, Eftpos transactions, Cash and Cabcharge Cards. At Combined Cars we have a wide range of vehicles on offer to suit every need. Most of the vehicles in our fleet are available at any time, no matter the day of the week! For special or groups or charter transfers, we do need some extra notice, we  appreciate pre bookings at least 24 hrs prior.

Definitely, your personal driver will meet & Greet in arrival hall with name board and help with luggage on both ends of departure and arrivals.

Yes! Baby seats can of course be provided upon request, there is however an extra cost. If you need to book with a baby seat, just contact us and let us know!

We always appreciate pre bookings with at least minimum a day before. However, if you’ve left it a little later, we can always facilitate last minute rides as well with no extra cost to you!

We always track flights in real-time and are aware of any delays or if your flight may be landing earlier. Your driver will be waiting for you whenever your flight arrives. There’s nothing to worry about if your flight is delayed and there is no extra cost for delayed flights!

If your flight is changed or rescheduled you do have to let us know right away so we can organise your driver for a new time. There are no extra charges for you if you need to reschedule your booking.

Yes, your professional chauffeur will be tracking the plane on flight radar and will go in your respective arrival hall with a name board as soon as your plane touches down.

Yes! You will receive a text message from the driver when they arrive to pick you up from your desired location.

Making changes to your existing bookings is simple. You can login to your account and make changes to any of your existing bookings or to make new bookings. If you don’t have an account please feel free to contact us and we can make any necessary changes or give you access to your account online

Nope! At Combined Cars we do not charge any extra fees on weekends or any public holidays surcharges.

Nope! We also do not charge for any after hours services. At Combined Cars we have no after hours surcharges so you can remain stress free about late night journeys!

Yes! All our professional and reliable chauffeurs are fully licensed and accredited. All our vehicles are also registered commercial passenger vehicles and are fully insured so you can rest assured that you will get to your journey safely.

The overall cost of hiring a chauffeur is based on vehicle type, the distance you will be travelling or how long the service will last or if you have any particular special requests. Your driver will make contact once you land and will meet you in the arrival hall with a name board with your name on it. If somehow you can’t find your driver, you can call the driver directly or our office number to locate your chauffeur.

We operate 24 Hrs 7 days a week including all public holidays. We are always there whenever and wherever you need us!

It takes about 30 minutes from Melbourne Airport to Melbourne CBD in off-peak hours. However it can be more than an hour in peak traffic time or if there are any incidents or accidents on the route. Your reliable driver will monitor the traffic conditions and choose the best route to get you to your location in a timely manner.
